Our story
Why we built In Our Scope
After years delivering commissioning and engineering work across European and American markets, Sean and Jonathan set out to create a company where clients get senior attention and employees get real support. The result is a growing firm based in Post Falls, Idaho, focused on mission-critical construction and technical staffing.
We are intentionally smaller than national staffing giants. That size is a strength: faster decisions, stronger relationships, and a culture that treats engineers as people, not headcount.

Sean O'Donovan, Co-Owner, brings extensive commissioning and project engineering experience, including leadership roles on major U.S. projects and earlier work in Ireland. Jonathan Burns, BCxP, leads instrumentation and controls commissioning work and helps set the technical standard for how we support client sites.
